By accessing or using A320 Edge Systems (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
A320 Edge Systems is an educational quiz application designed to help pilots and aviation students prepare for Airbus A320 FCOM examinations. The Service includes:
- Access to 2000+ FCOM-based questions
- Interactive system diagrams
- Performance tracking and statistics
- Android APK download
- Web-based quiz platform
3. License and Usage
License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable, single-device license to use A320 Edge Systems. Your license key can only be activated once and becomes permanently tied to the device where it is first activated.
Single Device Restriction
Each license key is valid for ONE device only. Once activated:
- The key is permanently bound to that specific device
- The key cannot be transferred to another device
- The key cannot be deactivated or reused
- A new license must be purchased for additional devices
Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Share your license key with others
- Attempt to activate the same key on multiple devices
- Resell or redistribute the application or content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Extract or copy questions for commercial purposes
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
4. Payment and Pricing
The price of €9.99 + VAT is charged at checkout. VAT rates vary by country and are calculated automatically based on your location. Payments are processed securely through Gumroad.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once a license key has been issued and activated.

- License keys cannot be exchanged or transferred
- Please ensure you understand the product before purchasing
5. Disclaimer
Educational Purpose Only
A320 Edge Systems is designed as a study aid and should be used in conjunction with official training materials. This application:
- Is NOT approved by Airbus or any regulatory authority
- Should NOT be used as the sole source for exam preparation
- Is based on publicly available FCOM information
- May contain errors or outdated information
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including questions, diagrams, code, and design, is the property of A320 Edge Systems or used with permission. FCOM-based content is derived from publicly available sources and is used for educational purposes under fair use doctrine.
7. License Key Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your license key secure and confidential before activation
- Ensuring you activate the key on the correct device (activation is permanent)
- Any activity that occurs under your license
- Understanding that lost or stolen keys cannot be replaced or refunded
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our web services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
9. Updates and Modifications
We may update the application content, features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A320 Edge Systems and its creator shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service
- Exam failures or career consequences
- Reliance on information provided in the application
11. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service responsibly and professionally. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to breach security or access restrictions
- Using automated tools to scrape content
- Posting malicious content or spam
- Harassing other users or support staff
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
